The only notable activity I did this week was a bike ride
from my house (near power) to high gate shopping centre, which is close to Edmonds
skytrain station. The ride was uphill for a long way, so my legs were
definitely burning. It was a really fun bike ride though; something I would do
again. The gym I go to is in high gate, so when I got there it was workout
time. 45min later, I rode home. Going downhill was a lot more fun than uphill,
though I’m proud of myself that I made it there in the first place. Hopefully
this leads to more bike rides, as it’s been something that I’ve enjoyed a lot.
I wouldn't say "notable." Most people would be too lazy to do even that. I'm sure you would have been able to go by car (getting a ride) or take transit. But you chose to ride your bike. That's a good life choice in bringing physical activity into everyday life.
